Greg Lundquist & Kerry Owen met Arik & Heather Connell in 2007. It was then that the seeds of Parkway Custom Construction LLC were sown. Parkway Building Services and Connell's Custom Exteriors, Inc. worked on several roof replacement projects over the next 10 years. In 2017, they decided to join forces and formed
Parkway Custom Construction LLC.
